Investigation of Loss and Gain of Introns in the Compact Genomes of Pufferfishes (fugu and Tetraodon)

In figure 2 (page 529), the positions of introns have been incorrectly marked. In addition, the first intron that is absent in zebrafish and human genes has been incorrectly shown as present in these 2 organisms. These errors have occurred due to the authors' oversight during copying and pasting the rectangle boxes marking the intron positions on to the amino acid sequence alignment. The correct positions of introns are given in the revised figure 2 shown below. This correction does not affect our inference of intron loss in the Tetraodon gene shown in the figure. In fact, the intron positions are correctly marked in our original figure, which is given in supplementary figure 1 (Supplementary Material online).
